Thank you for taking time to provide feedback. Compensation at WGI is based on many factors that include generous bonus and profit sharing programs based on performance. Our goal is to provide hourly pay and salaries that are competitive and an overall compensation package that exceeds our peers when we perform at or above our budgeted performance. We firmly believe in performance based compensation and it's important to accept a culture of bonuses and profit sharing as a WGI professional. Pros

I was hired in with a new position to WGI. I have suggested a LOT of changes and they have all been embraced. Most have been implemented already and the rest are in process. Management is always willing to listen to new ideas and ways to do their business. There are a lot of really smart people here and it is a great opportunity to learn from others.

Cons

I don't really have any cons. If you are willing to pitch in and be part of a team, this is the place for you!
