Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience as a young professional at WGI! We are thrilled to hear that you appreciate the flexibility, the kindness of our team, and the exciting projects you’ve worked on. We’re extremely proud of our clients and projects and are glad you are as well. We understand that some tasks can feel repetitive, and we are always looking for ways to keep the work engaging and varied. As a new engineer, we do learn by repetition and everyone learns at a different pace. If you need more and feel like you’re prepared for additional contributions, please let us know!

Pros

Not many, seek employment elsewhere.

Cons

Hostile owner who yells at employees, cusses them out and wears jogging shorts to work. Upper management will not return phone calls, yet direct staff to answer cell phone calls after hours. Little support for new practice builders.
