      Pros

      I have never worked in an environment where leadership listens to me as much as they do here. Also, the tuition reimbursement has been a big help to my family as I pursue my engineering degree.

      Cons

      It can be very quiet in the office at times. Most of the time I like this. But others have said it's like a library. :) (Earbuds are permitted.)

      - Lots of opportunities to grow if you show initiative and the ability to learn on the fly - Exposure to many different types of projects - Work on projects in other cities - Several industry leading experts to learn from across all offices - Positive impact to community with a history of projects in Missoula - and Montana - Strong sense of company values: quality, sustainability, integrity, and collaboration - Flexible with remote work with due notice - Community service opportunities - Reimbursement for sustainable commuting - Great group of people to work with - Quarterly bonuses

      Cons

      - Lack of dedicated project teams for the size of this company can make it feel disorganized at times, but that also means more exposure to many different types of projects, and therefore more growth opportunities. More of a double-edged sword than a con - Missoula office is right on the river, but can feel a little "out of town" with being on E. Broadway, making it less bike-able; again - double-edged sword
