Pros

I was a big fan of the product before working here, which tarnished that for me.

Cons

Really difficult to work here because the company direction changes so frequently. Whether it's investing in sports teams collabs, developing alternative apparel, selling devices to corporate businesses, selling to the public sector - company priorities (and headcount) change with the wind. A quick scroll thru the company's Linkedin over the past 12 months shows this. There was also no upward mobility or career path ever discussed.

Micromanaging at its finest

Pros

It’s a remote position that provides everything you will need for the job.

Cons

They are starting to outsource all their jobs. They micromanage your every move. The turnover is huge. They communication within the company to MSRs is absolutely terrible. They do shift bids 3 times a year and offer the most ridiculous and unreasonable options.

Toxic Culture

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

The culture used to be great and people who worked here used to care about actually improving people's lives.

Cons

The culture is incredibly toxic and the pay is terrible. Lots of verbal abuse and harassment within the workplace. Do not expect HR to help you. Expect to hear "no" a lot, endlessly run in the same circles of trying to push constructive changes that inevitable get blocked by upper management. Seriously, do not work here. You will eventually become miserable.
