      Pros

      Great people who work throughout the company. Good Benefits and they pride themselves on making sure fitness is a plus.

      Cons

      No work-life balance- The hours that you work will not be ideal for a regular life outside of work. The number one complain from people throughout the company is this and no one in upper manager has listened. Low pay Lack of communication throughout the company- You will not learn about things that are going on with the company until it is happening or sometimes you would learn from members. No Holidays off/ Hard to get PTO days off, even when you schedule months in advance. Hard to advance in the company- I have seen great people and workers who have been with the company for 2+ years and have never been able to move up. Upper management will spread rumors that they have new openings coming and never do.

      Product design is stuck in the past. Data science behind the technology and Whoop app is cool

      -Incredible opportunities for growth and responsibilities -Strong senior managers and leaders -New corporate HQ -Work with some of the best athletes in the world -Brilliant teammates and co-workers -Changing members lives one story at a time

      -Very fast paced -Lots of top priorities running simultaneously -High stress moments -Work fast, break things, learn, build again mantra isn't for everyone
