      -Working in the fitness wearables space can have interesting challenges to solve for

      Cons

      - Lots of lip service when it comes to how you're performing, which is not tied to any career growth, bonuses, or raises - Zero diversity when it comes to leadership and management -Voices are heard, but not LISTENED to. No actionable changes or impacts have been made based on endless counts of employee feedback

      Pros

      A lot of young, smart individuals tackling a difficult problem in the wearable space. It has a positive culture and everyone treats each other with respect. A fun place to work.

      Cons

      It is a results driven workplace. So you either deliver what you sign up for or move over and let someone else tackle the problem.
