Cons
I'm surprised to see so much negativity on Glassdoor. WHOOP isn't for everyone I guess. If you care about health and wellness I can't imagine a better place to be. We move quickly, take ambitious shots, and set a high bar for excellence. People who don't want to work that way will struggle. Some teams feel a bit more chaotic but overall we have some new leaders who are moving things in the right direction. I'm very happy here.
