      Pros

      * The people are awesome!! * There are tons of opportunities for learning and growth! * The tech boundaries are kept low so there are plenty of opportunities to hop into a different stack and poke around. * The work itself is truly interesting. We get to work on products which are on the cutting edge of health sciences! * Developers are well supported by their managers and trusted to make technical decisions without being micromanaged.

      Cons

      I haven't encountered anything significant, just the typical things you'd expect from a fast moving, high tech company.

      Pros

      Great culture. Ambitious but humble coworkers. Work hard but don't disrespect your work life balance. Can feel the company growing into it's mature stages.

      Cons

      Hardware engineering wasn't given the resources it needed to succeed in the recent past which led to product hiccups. Luckily it seems like the new VP of hardware is making the changes needed to avoid the same mistakes in the future.
