      Pros

      The structure of WHOOP is so organized - a well-oiled machine. Training is top-notch! There is an incredible focus on inclusion in the workplace. WHOOP cares about their employees from the top down. I would recommend WHOOP to any of my family, friends, and colleagues. If you, reader, have an opportunity to apply - don't hesitate!

      Cons

      3 stars for compensation & benefits. I wish that there was 401k matching. Also starting pay for an MSR is not negotiable - someone that has no/little experience starts at the same rate as someone with 10+ years experience.

      Pros

      I have worked with many companies in the past, and WHOOP is second to none. This company leads with empathy and cares deeply about their employees overall well-being. There is significant opportunities to grow, learn and advance, and it's a collaborative, supportive environment, despite being remote work. They truly listen to feedback (from both members and employees), act on their promises to diversity + inclusion, have exceptional benefits/perks available, and celebrate wins while never settling. I am incredibly grateful to be apart of WHOOP!

      I have no complaints at this time — truly, an amazing company to work for.
