      Good culture to learn by doing, management layer getting stronger

      WHOOP provides ample opportunities to learn on the job, gives a great amount of ownership to engineering teams, and holds a high bar for operational excellence.

      Cons

      The company has origins of very small teams with tech leads, no formal engineering managers. Management layer is getting stronger after changing this, but still working to get more experience here.
