      Pros

      If you're off the clock, you're off the clock. Work life balance is great and you even get a financial bonus if you get enough Sleep every month. The device itself is great and the data provided is amazing.

      Cons

      They are WELL below the industry standard for compensation. The pay is low and non-negotiable and there's no 401k match. .
