You have to like these types of challenges to survive a company in this stage of it’s growth. It can be very rewarding for the right person.

Extreme growth is hard and can take its toll on people. Sometimes long hours and overwhelming work loads. For the right person this is where you can show what you can do and learn from others. Depends upon how resilient you are and what you want to achieve.
