      Work from home. MacBook Air is provided.

      Cons

      There aren't any bonuses, you must work holidays to receive any extra pay. There is not much flexibility with your schedule, if you need a day off you will need to use a sick day or PTO. No one can swap shifts with you or you pick another day to make up.

      As a growing company, they do not do a good job of priming employees to further their careers or development them in their roles.
