      Pros

      - Transparency is second to none (from the top down, this is a tone set by the CEO). As an employee, you know what is happening the second leadership knows. - You'd be hard pressed to find a faster growing company right now, being exposed to hyper growth and such a flourishing business is incredibly valuable - Great mentorship across the board, face time with company leadership, opportunities for advancement - DE&I efforts have been taken very seriously - Solid benefits and perks, very competitive pay

      Cons

      - Double edged sword of fast growth - there are definitely some chaotic days and you'll need to roll with the punches a bit to get your footing here initially - With a really smart group comes high expectations

      - Everyone at WHOOP truly believes in and is passionate about the product we are building - Company is growing fast so there’s uncapped professional growth potential - Fun atmosphere

      - A bit chaotic at times and lack of structure as the company is growing so fast

      I don't recommend anyone work here. People are afraid to speak out. Company culture is secretive and if you are non white heteronormative, I wouldn't apply.
