      Pros

      The team is great, if not for them, I wouldn't be here anymore.

      Cons

      Management is not listening to us, they don't care about us, their way is the only way. Promises aren't being kept. Feedback are basically lies they fabricate about you. 3 of higher management, 1 of them a co-founder, quit the company within 3 weeks of each other. They kick out half the company (almost all product experts and even engineers) to safe extra money for the coming recession, then turn around and start hiring again only 2 weeks later, even though they keep on telling us week after week that things are getting better and better.

      Poor management, lots of ego at the top

      Pros

      Interesting product, engineers here are generally great and amazing to work with.

      Cons

      Terrible C level management and extremely poor leadership. Constantly pushing others below them to make up for their incompetence. You'll always be rushed and forced to cut corners if you work here. A lot of micromanaging from c suite.
