Where to begin? The new managers hired only acknowledged the catty customer service reps that would brown-nose and kissed ***. The "leads" that were promoted to be higher up figures only cared about exploiting your weaknesses to managers instead of helping you improver your position. The managers highly rewarded the leads for throwing other employees under the bus. The supervisors hired last year and promoted to the position within the company seemed like they probably had a really hard time in high school and got picked on a lot, so now they band together with their precious "leads" (mostly female) and act more like sorority sisters rewarding them for giving up all the dirt on other employees. Being a bully gets you far in this company. Absolutely disgusting and toxic. I watched countless call center employees quit in tears for this behavior. If you're self esteem is low, and you take this out on others by bullying girls that are prettier than you, than this is the place for you!

Hard job, very little downtime except breaks and lunch.
