Pros
There are no pros. Trust me. You don't learn anything, you doing grow your career here, you ruin it.
Cons
1.Use of very old technologies and design patterns. 2.Developers: They have a product which is already created and is full of issues. You have to work on that, which will help you learn nothing.Only copy and paste. 3. Testing: No software life-cycle being followed here. As a tester you learn nothing here. A 10th pass can also.do.your work. 4.Designers: You have to design only the same screens with different colors. You also learn nothing. 5.Salary: Freshers: 10,000 per month with a bond of 2 years. Increment: If you spend 10-12 hours everyday and Saturdays and Sundays also(doesn't matter if you have work or not), you get a hike of 17-20000 per month, otherwise 15-17,000 per month after 1 YEAR. Appraisal is done on only the basis that you spend more than 9 hours daily in office, do night outs, sometimes continue for more than 30 hours in the office, sleep there only. 6.Work culture: Work is done because of fear of not getting salaries here. People dont usually smile here. 7.Timings: you have to arrive before 10:30 otherwise they cut your salary and you dont leave before 9 PM. 8.Facebook,twitter and all social media websites are blocked. 9.50% of employees have 3-5 months pending salaries and I dont understand how they are able to work.
