Pros

Company treats each and every employee as an asset by encouraging employees to continuously learn and grow both individually and as a team. I have never worked for a company that focuses so intensely on supporting its' employees through coaching, mentoring, and encouraging career development.

Cons

The only cons involved in working forWINIT involve those barriers that employees may create as a result of poor adherence to schedule, or not reaching out to ask questions when necessary.

Pros

I can barely think of any...Or may be if you are amongst the fav. of top management its the heaven u want.

Cons

No Culture No work life balance No respect for people Bad Infra Boss dont care about the employees well being Nobody cares about employee's development ..etc etc

Pros

It has been a great learning curve for me as I started my career with WINIT 5+ years ago. Great company to work with. Was fortunate to work on cutting edge technology, fast paced and had lot to learn. Saw Vertical Growth for myself - both technically & financially. We all have flexibility to work with different levels of people and we can share and get rich experience. Very good and encouraging work culture. A place to learn, work hard, get recognized and grow rapidly.

Cons

Not really something to bother about. Just some operational issues - Parking & Dining
