Managers are worst persons. They need to go under some behavioural skills training first of all.

Good place for starting but comes with a price (Overwork, Night outs ! Week outs ! Destruction of Creative Juice, Health problems, etc to begin with)

Cons

Best place to screw yourself. Worst place for a continued relationship, Boss is Boss, He will screw you in front of everyone if he feels something close to a loss. No regard for employee, Full Exploitation. No KYC ! No information dissemination, Everyone in Spy Mode - Kill Mode. Everywhere spys. On top of that Clients are Crazy.
