Pros

I personally had a great time working for WINIT. It was a challenging work environment, where I was pushed to think out of the box in nearly everything. Offer lot of opportunities for those who want to work and grow with the Company. Overall very satisfactory experience. Saw Vertical Growth for myself.

Cons

Some middle management may not be in align with your career aspirations, such cases it will be a problem for the employee. Work life balance needs to improve.

Pros

The quality of work here is very good, it's always few levels ahead. I have been always lucky during my last 10 years, when it came to quality of work. I had joined as a fresher and have faced all kind of challenges and won over then to gain knowledge in every possible way. Learning curve is very high. Extremely fulfilling!! Things that I admire here are: a> Complete Ownership - you grow in your work faster, You are given full ownership b> Lot of learning Opportunities - You will always get excellent projects & challenging tasks c> Great Career Path - Growth is very high d> Flexibility e> Importance to Talent over Seniority f> Performance Reward - Once you start delivering you can define your own limit

Work & Social life balance needs to improve Organizational structure is not properly balanced. Mid level resource and scaling of resource required
