Learn more from work. but no time to research.

High pressure. Do your work within no time. No holidays(saturday/sunday). no leaves. work for overnights and for no of days... No time to research. Salary hike very less. No work environment. Bloody seniors and Managers. No one to take responsibility everything on developer. No care for employee. Everything is BOSS.
