- Nothing at all. There are no benefits from the company.

Cons

- So many problems with the company. - First they take bond of 2 Years or More (by taking original academic certificates). - Once you join, you have a lot of work to do. they will assign 2 r more project once and you have to complete them. - They blackmail you, (thinking that they have academic certificates). - You will not get paid salary on time. For freshers they will pay and for experienced guys they will not pay salaries. they will delay 3 months if they want.

Very Big Cons is this company manager. Daily entry is in our hands but exit is not. staying in office to work continuously 3-4 days without going home, without bathing:(

More than a dozen of employees didn't get a salary for more than 5 months On top of that they expect people to work for straight 3 days. Once there was no drinking water in the office. Reason, they didn't pay money to the water supplier.
