Good Starter Job

Pros

Many available hours Busy work so time goes quickly Acknowledge hard workers Can choose days off if done in advance. Very helpful. Very nice coworkers

Cons

High turn overs, slow jobs down and what is meant to be a part time job can quickly turn into 70 hours a week if you have open availability, which can be good or bad depending on what you want. Raises don't really happen due to corporates ridiculous demands to qualify for one. Main downfall

the people I met were pretty decent

Cons

they don't pay you what you work for,degrading supervisors,they put you in slum hotels,no good training
