Pros

If there are any high pionts of this job it would be meeting new people. Traveling to places you might not have traveled to before.

Cons

If I can say this without sounding like a rant or defamatory. I can say that there is a turn over of employee's that make it hard on everyone there. A company with this many accounts with some of the largest companies in the world, one would think that this company would treat thier employee's with more respect and pay them for what they are worth.

they need to do drug testing for everybody it needs to be done bad

Pros

A normal 9 to 5 job. Weekends off. Holidays off and 10 paid vacation days a year.

Cons

Hourly is overworked and underpaid. Salary is underworked and overpaid. I experienced both. California is an "at will" state so don't expect long-term employment these days. No, you can't sell your unused vacation days.
