The management group especially Hr are unprofessional and rude . They definitely aren't family oriented like they claim.

Good benefit package and learn a lot about automated warehouse processes and procedures. Profit sharing

Cons

No work life balance, stress, poor management,expectations vs reality. A lot of favoritism and upper management thinks anyone can come in off the street and do job so, they don't treat employees fairly. Over work their best employees and the sorry ones get away with murder.
