Great benefits/incentives. A lot of room for growth in all departments. Opportunity to travel to other sites to support/train/get trained.

Work life balance is great, management is awesome and understanding, you get paid to travel to different locations all over US and Europe, get a great per diem

Cons

The only thing I would change is the pay. The pay is less than the average researched online, but if you look at the work life balance and the benefits, it outweighed it.
