The workplace culture is kind of intense - unspoken norms of staying late at work. The scheduled hrs are 9:30-6:30P but assistants are in the office till 7:30 and later daily No one takes the full hr of unpaid lunch that you are allowed. Once you become an assistant, you are expected to perform at your job, Not a bad thing but be prepared to be held to a very high level, it's the top agency for a reason, If you are struggling and making errors 6 months in as an assistant you're gone. A very select group of Agents are nice and good ppl. Others aren't necessarily bad ppl but come off very rude to their assistants and you can sense they see you as significantly inferior (which you kind of are). If your boss doesn't like you they will find reasons to get rid of you Your pay is absolute garbage - your friends from college will be making 80k + while your making 22/hr and doesnt go up much from there. Hard to see how ppl don't live at home while being an assistant
