Pros

Not limited to decision making. You receive a birthday cake on your birthday, regular benefits that are deducted from your payroll.

Cons

No compensation for extra hours and weekends worked, no assistance, upon reviewing facts you are falsified to make a decision that hurts o/o but saves the owner from paying out. Be careful of this place as rules, principals, and ethics have absolute no meanings.

Pros

The other bright, young people working at WME are the biggest pro, however it becomes sad when all of those bright minds are snuffed out by greedy, stressed, power hungry agents who perpetuate a system of cruelty, illegally low pay, and pledgeship.

Cons

Paid less than an entry-level Chipotle employee to work a minimum of 10 hour days at least five days a week, usually 6, with no overtime. In a system that was originally designed for apprenticeship and mentorship, the abuse of power has become so corrupt that I doubt it is ever fixable. For all the good that this company does, it has thrown away billions in high-quality talent that desire to work in a place that treats them like employees, not cannon fodder.
