Pros

WME is a company that invests in its employees and provides an unlimited amount of experience and professional connections in a 1-2 year period. Few companies within Entertainment & Media are as respected, and it shows when you see the types of jobs people get afterwards. Very high caliber organization.

Cons

Hardcore work environment. No room for error.

Pros

lots of fun people to go out and network with.

Cons

Typically, one would assume that you would spend around 6 plus months in the mailroom. They told me at 4 months that if If i didnt become an assistant in the next three weeks they would fire me. The issue being is they are constantly bringing in new people for the mailroom than they can supply assistant positions for. What surprised me was they favor 'soft' type of people and place little to no value on emotional intelligence. Normally you think the outgoing and personable types would be favored.
