Pros

Really great place to work. High pressure, with lots going on. But overall very rewarding and enjoyable place to work.

Cons

You are your own business, the team atmosphere isn't very strong so you'll need to look out for yourself. Worth it though.

Pros

Working for THE AGENCY! The experience and opportunity that working for WME affords. Great way to transition to other areas of the business.

Cons

Hours are long and pay is low, because they know that the industry is cutthroat. There is someone else out there that will do your job for less. Some assistants get treated poorly.
