Pros
You learn a lot. There's so much to take in and there are many opportunities to explore, especially if you aren't sure exactly what facet of the business you want to be in.
Cons
It's very competitive, as most positions in the industry are. You have to work hard, constantly reestablish your relationships, have thick skin and be ready for war. And you still my not be accepted into the big boys club. It's possible you'll second guess your experiences and abilities, but you are enough, and if for some reason it doesn't necessarily work out for you there, know that you've left with a wealth of knowledge and you will still land on your feet somewhere amazing. Know that there's more out there for you other than WME.
