Pros

You will learn everything you need to know about the entertainment business...as long as you want to!

Cons

They do not care about the little people. I have seen assistants fired for no reason, then they are gone and a new replacement is at their desk within 24 hours. Make yourself irreplaceable. The pay is CRAP!

Pros

Great people, great perks, lots of fun and intellectually stimulating, lots of room to move up if you're motivated to do so.

Cons

Pay not all that great considering the work, hours can be long and unpredictable, experience may differ depending on boss.

Pros

I loved working with the best and the brightest in the business. Marc Geiger is an genius who never sleeps and it's amazing. You meet a lot of young people with similar interests. Perks of getting on the Show Lists is awesome.

Cons

You don't have a life outside of work. You better hope you like your new co-workers because that's all you'll see. And obviously, the pay sucks.
