Pros

Great company to have on your CV, use as a stepping stone to other opportunities. WME open's a lot of doors. Great training programme which goes at your pace, your trained by assistants who want to see you succeed

Cons

Some departments are understaffed and management don't address all issues, can be long hours some 10-12 hour days.

Pros

Not limited to decision making. You receive a birthday cake on your birthday, regular benefits that are deducted from your payroll.

Cons

No compensation for extra hours and weekends worked, no assistance, upon reviewing facts you are falsified to make a decision that hurts o/o but saves the owner from paying out. Be careful of this place as rules, principals, and ethics have absolute no meanings.
