Pros

Great benefits, the assistants you work with are kind and though the office is competitive it is more of a friendly competition

Cons

Management is extremely toxic and antagonistic, pay is the worst of all it's peers despite being the top agency

Pros

It's the best crash course in entertainment. The breadth of knowledge in that building is immense. The young people that work there are hungry, driven, and smart. The veteran agents are behemoth representatives, some of whom can be very generous in sharing guidance and advice. If long term agency work isn't your goal, the company is launch pad into really high level work in other aspects of entertainment.

Cons

Getting your foot in the door is a grueling process. Expect to work as an assistant for 4-6 years before getting any sort of promotion. Work hours can be long and work life balance can go out the window.
