Pros

-Access to information -true education in the business of Hollywood -Connections/Network -Get to work with cool clients -external career opportunities

Cons

-non-livable wages unless you come from a family who can support you financially. -no emotional regulation. Agents get stressed because of the volume and stakes of the work and take it out on assistants. There is a level of emotional labor that goes into this job.

Pros

You make excellent connections both within the company and around the entertainment industry High-profile clients Entrepreneurial culture Good place to learn how the entertainment industry works

Cons

Very high-volume, long hours and extremely stressful environment People who leave WME routinely look years younger after they've been away from WME for several months Serious lack of racial and gender diversity among the leadership of Endeavor and WME Many of the leaders and too many of the employees are narcissistic, extremely intense, disrespectful and unreasonably demanding
