      Pros

      There's huge potential to learn a lot, and it's never slow so you better like to be busy. Personalities are all over the map so you're bound to find a few people to be close with.

      Cons

      You will not make enough money to live in New York, so you better come from a rich family with property in the city (like most of the assistants) or expect to live with many roommates.

      Not for Me, But Not Terrible

      Pros

      The company offered solid benefits, great perks and some pretty terrific learning opportunities. It's an incredibly social job and you truly building a long-lasting camaraderie with your co-workers.

      Cons

      If you start at the bottom (as most people do), a lot of the job is fairly demeaning. It's a very elitist culture, so expect to be stepped upon (and often) as you attempt to slowly climb the ladder. Very low pay unless you're an agent.

      Pros

      Well connected with a diverse range of influencers in film, TV, music, fashion. One of the top agencies in the world.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for growth. EIther you are an agent or you are encouraged to leave. Great place to work if you part of the boy's club. Like most entry level entertainment jobs- low pay.
