Offered standard corporate benefits of mediocre healthcare, 401k plan, standard 2 weeks vacation, and 5 days PTO. Okay pay for a first job.
Cons
Very poor annual pay raises. Hige homeless problem around warehouse. Lots of needles, feces, and urine around the property. Break ins to cars are uncommon but happen. No incentive to further your knowledge when you find out you're not financially rewarded for it.. Often don't get vacation approved. Questioned on your pto even if you have the hours. Unfair work environment in terms of workload split amongst employees for the same pay. High turnover rate. Mandatory overtime almost everyday for earlier shifts because the ordering system cut-off time doesn't allow enough time for packaging at the end of nights.
