Pros
1. Decent benefits, employer pays % of medical and IRA contributions 2. Drive a Prius or Tacoma company car instead of yours 3. Good management (at my warehouse) 4. Great discount on car parts 5. Job is fairly laid back
Cons
1. Routes usually involve overtime 2. Some routes the drivers are gone all day up to 10 hours 3. Some of the cars used heavily 3. You pretty much need a BA to advance to a management position or sales department
