Pros

Always something to do, great work environment, cutting edge projects. Depending on project it can be a very cushy job without much overtime or stress.

Cons

Don't make friends because the lower than industry average pay and peers with low skill levels causes most talented people to leave within a couple years. It's also very stressful at times due to either tight time constraints or unreal expectations. Also people seem to get promotions and raises based on how well they play the "corporate game" as opposed to knowing anything about how to do their job. There are actually people with a "lead" title who don't know how to do the base position

Pros

A lot of the other reviews cover this: The hours are flexible, along with the dress code and beer on tap. THe clients are great resumé builders and hard work is generally rewarded. THe upper management team are great, eager to help out and can take a joke at their own expense. The benefits package is top notch.

Cons

Wages are good, but below industry standards. Raises and bonuses are non-existant for technology staff and when you get one, it is below even a "cost of living" increase. Promotions are rare internally, often bringing in outside help when the position could have easily been filled internally. Little communication with staff regarding what positions are available at both local and international offices.
