Pros

The opportunities you have to learn and grow in your craft are unbelievable if you take advantage of them. Since VML moves quickly it's easy to be able to try new things.

Cons

Project timelines are sometimes unrealistic, which can lead to hard deadlines.

Pros

Majority of the people are great people. You get to work with companies with great brand recognition. Technical requirements are not high.

Cons

I found that if you have a specific skill, you are forced to stay in a role to use that skill; especially if VML values that position. Senior employees are power hungry, and don't care about their subordinates. The work and bottom dollar is valued more than the employee. It's hard to get promoted.
