Nothing, terrible salary, and forced to work 50+ hours

Cons

I used to have the liberty of only 3 days in office, but corporate slime who don’t value my mental health or time with my family revoked that. We’re now on 4 days and I have to pay for an extra day of childcare for my son who has a disability. Leadership is scum. In a tough job market, I don’t have any choice, but I’ve given everything I can to this company. It’s really great to know that I’m nothing to them.
