Pros

Depth of talent is strong. Thinking is always "outside the box" and the creative group pushes hard on innovation.

Cons

Strategy plays a weaker role to creative and account services. Often suggest innovations, when "basic" marketing needs are not yet addressed.

Pros

I pretty much liked my time at young & rubicam as a trainee and got insight to most departments. They function well and the team is very pleasant. Flexible work hours, competitive pay, possibility of advancement and career.

Cons

Rigid structure, complicated policies and reporting. International coordination is sometimes tedious. Otherwise I have very little negative experience with the company itself or the practices they use.
