Pros

Jon Cook is an intelligent, nice guy. The kind of guy you want to work for. Unfortunately he's based in Kansas City. Mostly good benefits, mostly smart/nice people. Relaxed environment.

Cons

No review process, unfair balance of work between resources (some people work late while others take off right at 6), some unequivocally bad upper management in the NYC office (some are great, others are atrocious). Working with Y&R is often a nightmare.

Pros

huge network and resources to allow professional growth within the many divisions and sub companies. Surrounded by a wealth of senior professionals that has the experience to guide you for career improvement.

Cons

As in any large multinationals, strict international rules are enforced in terms of management practices, which may pose some conflict in local practices.Manageable but challenging as well.
