Pros

Nice people to work with. Creative leadership has not been great at pushing creativity forward. Sometimes it feels very account driven.

Cons

Flagship office (not in chicago) gets the better work and when that office asks for help, they don't share credits and/or push their ideas/creative forward.

Management are lazy. If someone is bad at their job, they sit firmly in the "too hard" tray and are never dealt with. Bonus pots rarely shared out fairly...
