There are no pros to working for this company

Cons

We have the "opportunity" to work remotely and flex our hours - this is so multiple times per day the system can be down for an hour+ and we are to "flex" our time. "Flex" our time means they don't have to pay us during system downtime. Remote workers are still expected to work their full 40 hour week whenever they can fit it in between system outages. This is the worst job I've ever had - and I power washed manure off pallets one summer...

Pros

Advancement opportunities are great, the company encourages you to move up and gain additional skills. The pay is competitive and sometimes better comparitively to similar positions in the area. Benefits kick in day one and aren't bad -- 401K (with matching), health, vision, dental, paid holidays, double time on Sundays, triple time on holidays if you choose to work. Work/life balance is great. Management actually listens and forms great work relationships. Overall great place.

Cons

The system could use some polishing. It has issues, but nothing that can't be fixed. Communication could always improve, but it's not the end of the world. Simple things.
