Supervisors are a bunch of liars, they claim to help after training but they don’t. If you don’t meet their expectations and production they will terminate you without giving you the help you need. They rather hire new hires then to retrain old employees. Supervisors gossip like crazy right after interviews, they talk so loud everyone can hear them. They don’t care about interview being confidential. Training sucks, very unorganized and you don’t even learn anything from it. If you have questions, there’s no one to answer it. They like to hire a lot of people and then fire everyone after the projects are done. For all the work you do is not worth the pay.

Does not pick qualified candidates if they have a college education, mostly see people with only HS diploma. Do not prefer to hire veterans first. Make transitioning to a different department difficult.
