Team environment where employees at all levels feel involved in the overall company mission. Communication was always a positive during my time with the company, leadership did their best to be transparent and direct with news good and bad which I always appreciate. The exempt employee benefits package is one of the stronger offerings available in the insurance industry today.

Cons

The nature of contract based lines of work made for volatility in the workplace. Workforce was often scaled up and down with short notice making employees feel uneasy about job security.
