      They say there is a chance for advancement, however what they really mean is, you will stay if you have friends in the right places! Instead of looking at someone's overall qualifications they favor certain people.

      You will not find a better group of co-workers or communicable management. I have never felt more welcomed at a workplace as I have felt since my employment at WPS. If you like to serve your nation's Veterans..and truly feel fulfilled while doing so..I recommend you look into employment HERE. Fair wages, good insurance, and an honest company. There are a lot of companies who preach of their values/slogans and fall short in a LARGE WAY...I honestly feel like WPS tries diligently to live by their core values.

      Cons

      As the with any contractual based job, there are dangers of losing that contract and losing employment. With that said, WPS holds multiple military contracts which is beneficial because this means they can be interchangeable with personnel.
