Pros

The people that you work with. They have several healthy incentives that are nice. There is a health clinic on campus.

Cons

Deceitful. Instead of being above board and honest, if they want to get rid of you for any reason, they start with a Needs Improvement rating on your yearly review. When the time comes to do any firing, the first people to go are the ones that were rated with a needs improvement. It is a broken system run by vindictive managers

Great people, work not too difficult, lots of support for employees, amazing cafeteria and meal/snack options, 35 minute lunch which is slightly better than a 30 minute one...

Cons

Low pay, gossip-y atmosphere, expected to meet strict adherence standards, in the middle of restructuring so there has been some tension on the floor
