      Pros

      The company provides very sufficient paid training for all new hires. There is advancement opportunity within the company. Salary is fair.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to know what they are doing. The company as a whole has driven itself into the ground, losing several large contracts and being forced to lay off hundreds of employees. At the same time, forcing salaried employees to work mandatory 50 hour weeks for almost 2 years straight. The workers have been neglected and exploited.

      Days go fast, answering a lot of phone calls. Helping patients and providers with processing of medical claims for Tricare

      micro management, without a lot of knowledge on how the work gets done

      Pros

      Health benefits include vision and dental. Onsite clinic available at a reduced cost. WPS intends to be around for a long time.

      Cons

      Government contract work results in employee anxiety each time a contract is rebid. Competitive concerns generally mean always doing more with less each time contract is awarded so even if WPS gets the contract it may impact staffing.
